Start-up based in Eschborn/Germany that will start operations in April 2020 in order to market the results of the research project „Pharma Supply Chain Risk Management“ (HA Project-Nr. 555/17-37). This project was funded by the LOEWE3 innovation fund of the state of Hesse in Germany and was managed by Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
The Hessian state government supports and promotes outstanding scientific collaborative projects between universities and private companies in a bid to connect academic and research knowledge with the industry. The project received funds totaling 500,000 euros from the state of Hesse and a further 500, 000 euros from the cooperating pharma and forwarding companies.
The core project team consisted of three Universities of Applied Sciences:
- Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences
- Hochschule Fulda
- Hochschule Rhein/Main
Industry partners were the pharma companies Bayer AG and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma GmbH & Co. KG, the forwarder GEFCO Forwarding Germany GmbH and the IT company Cyntegrity Germany GmbH. These companies developed the validated platform.
